Fees & Requirements
Admission Requirements
- Nursery - 3 yrs old on or before June of Enrollment
- Kindergarten
- Junior - 4 yrs. old on or before June of Enrollment
- Senior - 5 yrs. old on or before June of Enrollment
- Primary School - Grade I to Grade III
- Middle School - Grade IV to Grade VII
- High School - First Year to Fourth Year
New Students
Application Requirements
- 4 pcs. latest 1x1 picture (colored / black and white)
- Birth Certificate (preferably from NSO) and/or Updated Passport
- Photocopy of the latest Report Card (F-138)
- No grades below 80%
- Deportment / Conduct should at least be B or 85%
- Testing Fee: Non-refundable and subject to change
- Php 800 for Filipino Citizen
- Php 1,000 for Foreigners
- Other Fees:
- Registration fee effective SY 2020-2021 - P300.00
- Fee for "late enrollees" (those enrolling after May 31st of each year) - P2,000.00
- Foreign students shall be required to pay in full upon enrollment.
- Strict implementation of the School's Policy on 'Withdrawals and Refunds'
Requirements upon Enrollment
- Original Report Card (F-138) duly signed by the Principal with promotion to the higher grade/level indicated
- Letter of Recommendation from: (forms will be given by the guidance office)
- Principal
- Guidance Counselor (Grade 4 to 3rd Year HS)
- Pastor
- Medical Certificate
Foreign Students
- Same requirements as stated above
- Photocopy of passport and visa, and
- Holders of Tourist Visa (9a) - Special Study Permit (SSP) with visa and passport
- Holders of Working Visa (9g) - photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) w/ visa and passport
- Holders of 47(a)(2) visa - copy of passport and visa
